Beautiful colours of water and caves, definitely worth to visit with a day boat tour to know as well the history of the place and pirates, very interesting. IT IS POSIBLE TO WALK TO THIS AMAZING BEACH Many people, especially the boat owners will tell you that it is not possible to walk to Kleftiko. It is not true. All you need is a car, better 4x4 to get to the west side of the island and good health condition to walk 1 h each direction. We were wearing simple sports shoes. We got there just before the boats were arriving and had Kleftiko only for us for 20 minutes! It was amazing! The path is well marked with white stones, it starts where there is a pole for a sign (sign is gone). It finishes on a flat stone and it's easy to get into water. Hallaca (Spanish pronunciation: alt. is a dish from Venezuela. It consists of corn dough stuffed with a stew of beef, pork, or chicken and other ingredients such as raisins, capers, and olives.Hallacas are folded in plantain leaves, tied with strings, and boiled; The dish is traditionally served during the Christmas season and has several regional variants in Venezuela. It has been described as a national dish of Venezuela but it can be found also in variants. Some speculate it originated from the Orinoquia. A characteristic of the hallaca is the delicate corn dough made with consommé or broth and lard colored with annatto. Hallacas are also commonly consumed in eastern Cuba.parts of Colombia, Ecuador, Aruba, and Curaçao. In Nicaragua is known as “Nacatamal”.
